Guidelines for Overseas Buyers |

There is no Entry fee for Overseas Buyers. Overseas Visitors must, however, attach their Business Cards along with the Registration forms while registering across the counters.
In order to avoid standing in the queue at the Registration Counters, overseas buyers may register on-line now and obtain entry badges in advance. Buyers registering on-line need not attach their Business Card. Buyers registered till 15 th February, 2008 will receive their entry badges by post directly. Buyers, who will register after 15 th Feb., 2008 may collect their entry badges at the Pre-Registered Buyers Counter at Hall No. 8. Pre-registered buyers need not fill up the Visitor Registration Form at the Registration Counter again and can obtain the Badge at the Pre-Registered Buyers Counters at Hall No. 8 during fair days by just showing their Business card. All foreign nationals visiting India must hold a valid Visa. Visa can be obtained from the nearest Indian Mission (Embassy, Consulate or High Commission). ITPO, as a trade promotion organisation, will provide necessary assistance to the representatives of Overseas Companies or participating Companies by recommending to the concerned Mission for obtaining visa. Overseas visitors requiring recommendation letter for visa may approach the organisers (ITPO) giving their complete details, passport number, Validity, Place of Issue, etc. Please Click here for the visa format. |

Lounge for the use of overseas buyers/buying agents
with facilities of computer, e-mail, cyber café,
telephone will be set up in Hall No. 10. A Press
Lounge for the use of media, press personnel with
above facilities will also be available in Hall
No. 10. Free beverages, Hot and Cold drink will
be served to the international buyers, buying
agents, overseas press personnel.

No vehicles will be allowed into Pragati Maidan during Exhibition period from March 2 - 5, 2008 .
To park the vehicles adjacent to Exhibition venue or at the authorized parking near Pragati Maidan, one needs parking label issued by India Trade Promotion Organisation. Only limited number of parking labels are available. Buyers/buying agents are requested to contact the following ITPO officer for obtaining parking labels.
